Q. How do I use the store?
A. Using the store is very easy and there are instructions at every stage. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will be only too happy to help with any problems you may encounter during the ordering process. Feel free to contact us at any time.
If, for whatever reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 day no-quibble refund policy.
We now use Gumroad to distribute our downloadable products. Gumroad provide secure payment processing together with a very simple ordering system. This means that when you order a product from us (by clicking on a 'Buy Now' button), you'll be taken to our Gumroad page to complete the transaction. As always, if you run into problems, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help.
Q. How do I see prices in my own currency?
A. Before completing the transaction you'll be taken to Paypal's secure payment page, where you will be able to see the order total in your local currency.
Q. Can I buy physical goods like CDs or books from Guitar Command?
A. You can buy our books from Amazon stores worldwide. Our albums are currently only available as downloads.

Q. How do I contact you?
A. Please use the contact form. We are an online company and this is the best means of communication – we will answer every genuine email we receive very quickly (usually within 24 hours - often much sooner).
Q. What is Guitar Command?
A. Guitar Command started out as 'GuitarScales.info'. The site was started as a guitar scales reference site. When we started developing our range of guitar backing tracks and to offer information on other aspects of guitar playing, we decided to change the name to 'Guitar Command'.
